About this file

This document is an Attachment 08 - Small Business Participation Plan (SBPP) for the Design, Development, Demonstration and Integration II (D3I2) Domain 1 contract opportunity under solicitation W9113M24R0070.

The SBPP outlines the proposed small business participation goals for the prime contractor on this $514 million (1/5th of the $2.57 billion MAIDIQ ceiling) contract. The goals include percentages for large businesses, small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, women-owned small businesses, and HUBZone small businesses. The contractor is required to make a good faith effort to meet these proposed SBPP goals, and failure to do so may impact the contractor's eligibility for future task orders, option exercises, and ramp on/off decisions. The contractor must provide periodic SBPP reports, and SB utilization will be reviewed as part of any program status reviews. The government will monitor the contractor's performance against the SBPP goals.
