Name, Location, Unit of Issue, and Minimum Issue.
b. Inventory Evaluation Report (IER): An IER report is used by the

SDC HDOS SOP 12
used when conducting cycle counts of warehouse stock or Wall-to-Wall Inventories (End of Year).
c. Transaction Register Report (TRN/ITR): LMS use this report to find warehouse errors to include receiving, pulling, shipping, stocking, and erroneous adjustments from cycle counts or Wall-to-Wall Inventories. The report can also be used to ensure Stock
Value is Properly being tracked and deducted. This report shows the history of any given product within the DLC system.
d. Backorder Detail Report (BDR): This report is done the first working day of every week and is used by LMS to acquire updates on items that are Past-Due, and the warehouse has zero in stock.
