About this file

This document is an Amendment (Amendment 0001) to Solicitation No. 36C79125R0001 for Material Handling Services issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The amendment makes several key modifications to the original solicitation, including extending the proposal due date to May 9, 2025 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time and updating various contract details such as the NAICS code size standard (increased from $34 million to $47 million) and the contract period of performance dates.

The amendment revises multiple sections of the solicitation, including changes to the Period of Performance (now running from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2030), updates to personnel start dates, modifications to travel and overtime provisions, and adjustments to evaluation factors. The solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and seeks to award up to two Fixed-Price with Economic Price Adjustment, Indefinite Quantity contracts for material handling services at two locations: Denver Logistics Services (DLS) in Colorado and Service & Distribution Center (SDC) in Hines, Illinois.
