About this file

This is a Bid Schedule for the initial Task Order under a 5-year Requirements contract (FA4626-26-R-0010) for repair and replacement of HICS gates at Malmstrom Air Force Base's missile complex in Montana. The contract is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, requiring offerors to be designated in the System for Award Management (SAM) as an SDVOSB concern certified by the Small Business Administration.

The Year 1 Task Order includes eight line items with estimated quantities for gate installation and removal services. Specific requirements include installation of 16-foot barbed wire gates (16 units), 26-foot barbed wire gates (2 units), 16-foot woven wire gates (3 units), 26-foot woven wire gates (3 units), additional wire for oversized gates (22 linear feet), removal of abandoned gates (3 units), mobilization (12 days), and bonding (1 lot). Each line item encompasses all labor, equipment, materials, locates, removal, and disposal services necessary for completion. Unit prices and extended amounts are left blank in the schedule, indicating this is the pricing template where contractors must provide their bid prices. The schedule notes that estimated quantities are historical usage estimates for bidding purposes only and actual quantities ordered may differ; unit prices provided will be used to establish prices for each Task Order based on actual requirements.
