The KTR shall develop and implement procedures to identify and prevent defective services from reoccurring. This inspection process is on-going and should help prevent damage to private, personal, and government property, vehicles, or injury to workers, by-standers and spectators. The KTR shall correct and/or report applicable deficiencies to the COR for possible service request through CE. All items will be identified on the QC inspection report for all contract requirements. This report will be forwarded to the government within one duty day of completion.

The KTR’s “AGM PLAN OF ACTION” should be designed to provide and maintain the normal healthy growth and care which will limit weed and pest damage to a minimum, and require only minimal and infrequent intervention and abatement. All prevention and eradication techniques must be in accordance with applicable environmental and industry standards. Weed removal in skinned areas of fields will require manual removal to maintain a quality surface. KTR shall store, mix, and transfer chemicals into final delivery apparatus at an off-base (off government property) location only.
