About this file

This document is a pre-quote conference presentation for a state and local contract opportunity issued by the State of New Jersey for automotive glass parts and windshield repair and replacement services. The contract will cover the Central, North, and South Regions of New Jersey, as well as the Central Motor Pool and New Jersey State Police. Quotes are due by 2pm on December 30, 2020, and the contract term is not specified. The presentation provides an overview of the bid solicitation requirements, including the need for vendors to be registered in NJSTART, submit various forms and registrations, and complete the state-supplied price sheets without any modifications.

The contract is set aside for small businesses registered with the New Jersey Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services. Vendors may submit quotes for any combination of the designated regions and agencies. Pricing details and other salient information are included in the state-supplied price sheets, which vendors must complete in full without adding any additional language or fees.
