About this file

This is a Proposer Information Certification form for the Oregon Department of Aviation's RFP for the Oregon Aviation Plan Chapter 8 Update. The document establishes certification requirements and proposer qualifications for consultants seeking to provide system planning services to update Chapter 8 of the Oregon Aviation Plan. The project will be executed under an FAA AIP System Plan grant and is designed to support the Oregon Department of Aviation's broader planning and strategic objectives as outlined in the Oregon Aviation Plan. The form requires proposers to certify their organizational status, experience, and compliance with applicable regulations and policies governing the procurement process.

The certification document does not specify pricing terms, contract amounts, or funding allocations. It focuses instead on establishing baseline qualifications and representations that proposers must acknowledge, including certifications regarding business registration, authorization to do business in Oregon, and compliance with state and federal requirements. The form serves as a standardized mechanism to ensure all responding consultants meet minimum eligibility criteria and possess the legal standing necessary to enter into a contract with the State of Oregon.
