About this file

This document is a Project Management and Coordination specification section for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project at the Oklahoma City VAMC. The specification outlines requirements for a web-based Project management software package to be used throughout the project, with specific mandatory features including document workflow planning, access control, real-time communication tracking, and comprehensive project documentation management. The software must support functions such as RFI tracking, submittal management, change order processing, meeting minute distribution, document revision control, and construction progress photo management.

Key requirements include providing user licenses for the Owner, Architect, and consultants, delivering eight hours of software training, and creating a digital project archive in a readable format at project completion. Acceptable software platforms include Procore, Oracle Primavera Submittal Exchange, or equivalent web-based project management solutions. The software must offer mobile device compatibility and provide security features like locked markups and data protection. This specification is part of the VA's Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) infrastructure upgrade project, which involves comprehensive facility infrastructure improvements across multiple buildings.
