About this file
This document is a Project Management and Coordination specification section for a construction project, detailing requirements for web-based project management software. The specification mandates using a digital project management platform (such as Procore or Oracle Primavera Submittal Exchange) with comprehensive features including document workflow planning, access control, real-time communication tracking, and mobile device compatibility. Key requirements include providing user licenses for the Owner, Architect, and consultants, delivering eight hours of software training, and creating a final digital archive in a locked, readable format at project completion. The software must support functions like RFI tracking, submittal management, change order processing, meeting minute distribution, document version control, and construction progress photo management.
