About this file
This document includes a past performance questionnaire and details of a federal contract opportunity for site remediation and soil clean up services. The National Park Service is soliciting proposals for remediation throughout nine areas of the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area in Ventura and Los Angeles Counties, California. Offerors must provide supervision, labor, materials and equipment to complete the specified work, including loading, hauling, processing and disposing of contaminated soils. The contract value is estimated between $500,000 to $1,000,000. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside requiring offers only from SDVOSB concerns. The past performance questionnaire requests references from prior contracts to evaluate offerors' quality, timeliness and business relations. Responses are due by May 10, 2021.
