About this file
This file is a General Conditions Breakout spreadsheet for a VA Medical Center concrete repair project. The document provides a detailed cost breakdown of general conditions line items, including zero-dollar allocations for project management roles (Project Manager, Superintendent, Safety Manager), site conditions (temporary power, water, fencing), and administrative expenses. The associated federal contract opportunity involves concrete repairs at multiple buildings (B2, B45, B46, B160, B162) at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, Tennessee. The project scope includes demolishing and replacing damaged sidewalks, repairing trip hazards, and reconstructing a basketball court, with a 39-calendar day performance period and a one-year warranty. The repairs are intended to mitigate dangerous trip and fall hazards in high-traffic areas used by patients, pedestrians, and employees.
