About this file
This is Addendum #1 to an ARFQ (Abbreviated Request for Qualifications) issued for elevator preventative and corrective maintenance services. The original bid closing date of Friday, September 5, 2025, has been extended to Friday, September 19, 2025. A pre-bid sign-in sheet is to be attached to the RFQ. The addendum addresses vendor inquiries regarding bid requirements and timelines, clarifying that bidders should refer to the specifications for detailed information about the scope of work.
A bid bond is required at the time of bid submission, while performance, labor/material, and maintenance bonds must be provided prior to contract award. No pricing information, set-asides, funding amounts, or other financial terms are specified in this addendum document.
