About this file

This is a Technical Compliance Checklist for a vacuum truck attachment issued by the West Virginia Parkways Authority. The document serves as a vendor response form requiring bidders to indicate compliance with 100 detailed technical specifications for a single vacuum truck unit. The specifications cover debris body components, water tank systems, water pump functionality, vacuum and drive systems, vacuum boom operations, hose reel assemblies, sewer and vacuum tools, operator control stations, electrical and safety features, chassis equipment, and engine components. Vendors must select "Comply" or "Does Not Comply" for each specification and provide explanatory comments and documentation references for any deviations. The checklist includes provisions for front and in-cab operator controls, LED lighting systems, safety equipment including backup cameras and debris body alarms, and comprehensive tool packages consisting of sewer nozzles, aluminum vacuum pipes, and quick clamps.

The technical specifications establish detailed performance and design requirements without identifying specific pricing terms, contract duration, award dates, or other procurement timeline information in this particular document. The checklist emphasizes operator safety and convenience through accessible control stations, emergency stop systems, and work lighting provisions. Key operational specifications include a hydrostatic drive system with variable displacement pump, 0-100 GPM water flow capability, 180-degree boom rotation, 400-foot hose reel capacity, and integrated washout systems. The document does not contain information regarding funding sources, set-asides, incumbent contractors, or renewal options, as it functions solely as a technical compliance verification tool for prospective vendors responding to the West Virginia Parkways Authority's vacuum truck procurement.
