About this file
This document is Appendix C - Statement of Qualifications Requirements for Miscellaneous Professional Services for Albert Whitted Airport Projects, issued by the City of St. Petersburg, Florida. The document outlines the detailed requirements for firms seeking to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for consulting and design services related to airport projects. Respondents must prepare a comprehensive submission using Standard Form 330, with specific page limitations for each section, including a transmittal letter, project team description, experience and reference projects, and additional information. The total SOQ response is limited to 75 pages, and proposals exceeding this length may be deemed non-responsive.
The qualification requirements emphasize the need for detailed information about the firm's capabilities, including key personnel with at least 10 years of experience, project approach, safety protocols, CADD and GIS capabilities, and references. Firms must provide information about subconsultants, organizational structure, and previous experience with similar projects. Additional requirements include disclosing any contractual failures, minority business enterprise status, and current licenses. The document specifies that the City uses specific software versions (AutoCAD Civil 3D 2020, ESRI ArcMap 10.8 & ArcPro Version 3.X) and expects electronic drawings to be compatible with these versions. The project may be funded by multiple sources, including the City, FDOT, FAA, SWFWMD, or a combination of funding agencies, with projects designed to meet the respective funding agency's requirements.
