About this file
This document is an Appendix C - Statement of Qualifications Requirements for Miscellaneous Professional Services for Albert Whitted Airport Projects, issued by the City of St. Petersburg, Florida. The document outlines detailed submission requirements for firms seeking to provide professional consulting and design services for airport-related projects. Respondents must prepare a comprehensive Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) using Standard Form 330, with a maximum of 75 pages, covering areas such as project team composition, experience, reference projects, firm qualifications, project approach, safety protocols, CADD and GIS capabilities, and other supporting documentation.
Key submission requirements include providing an organizational chart, identifying key personnel (including a project manager with minimum 10 years of experience), submitting five reference projects completed in the past five years, and demonstrating the firm's capabilities in working with multiple clients and third parties. Additional mandatory sections include firm-specific qualifications, project management approach, safety discussions, technical capabilities, references, City of St. Petersburg experience, disclosure of any contractual failures, minority business enterprise status, and current professional licenses. The document emphasizes the need for compatibility with the City's current software (AutoCAD Civil 3D 2020, ESRI ArcMap 10.8 & ArcPro Version 3.X) and the potential for multiple funding sources including City, FDOT, FAA, and SWFWMD.
