Data security and privacy protections are outlined through definitions of Sensitive Data, Personal Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI), Data Breach, Security Incidents, and Security Measures, establishing the framework for contractor obligations regarding information protection. The document also references required attachments through Table A and Attachment B (Price Form), establishing the structure for bid submission and pricing evaluation. Additional regulatory context is provided through references to the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) and the State's eProcurement system, eMMA (eMaryland Marketplace Advantage).
