Industry Day Announcement

The Air Force Research Laboratory’s Composite, Ceramic, Metallic, & Materials Performance Division (AFRL/RXN) will be hosting an Industry Day on 13 May 2024. This event will support Call for Proposal FA2394-24-R-B006 “Aerospace Materials Processing, Performance and Characterization”.

Purpose: Provide the Aerospace Materials Processing, Performance and Characterization program overview, to include: briefings, tours, discussions and a Q&A session.

Date: 13 May 2024

Time: 9am - 4pm EST

Location: Materials and Manufacturing Directorate, Bldg 653, Wright

Patterson AFB, OH, 45433

Registration: Both large and small businesses are encouraged to attend. Registration is limited to U.S.

citizens only. To register, please email RSVP to both Technical POCs listed below by 06 May 2024. Please include the following information in your email:

Name of Company Full legal name(s) of proposed attendee Driver’s License number and state of issuance for participant Email and Telephone number for participant

Attendance: A maximum of 1 personnel per company

Other: RSVPs will only be accepted via email. Upon receipt of the RSVP, a technical POC will confirm attendance and provide any further instructions. Briefings and questions asked at the event will subsequently be made available on www.sam.gov

Note: This notice is being issued for planning and information purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation, nor is to be construed as a commitment by the government. The government will not pay for any effort expended in response to this notice or participation in the event, to include any travel costs. Meals will not be provided.
