About this file

This document is a Reinstatement and Amendment No. 2 to Participating Addendum No. 9436 between the State of Oregon's Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Procurement Services and uWork.com, dba Covendis, involving a National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) cooperative agreement for Information Technology Vendor Managed Services. The original agreement was initially awarded on October 1, 2018, through a competitive selection process initiated by the State of Connecticut's Department of Administrative Services. The current amendment extends the contract term to August 31, 2025, and adopts the terms of the Connecticut Master Agreement #14PSX0338AA to continue contracting in the same manner.

The amendment modifies several key provisions, including updating references from NASPO Value Point and Connecticut to DAS PS or the State, preserving all existing Work Orders and active Requisitions, and ensuring compliance with various state regulations. The contractor (uWork.com/Covendis) affirms compliance with tax laws, non-discrimination requirements, and other statutory obligations. The amendment maintains the existing structure of the contract while providing continuity for state agencies and members of the Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program (ORCPP) to access vendor managed IT services through this participating addendum.
