Infrastructure Architect IIIArchitect, converge and optimize the Agency next-generation infrastructure capabilities (servers, storage, middleware, runtime, OS, application platforms, cloud, virtualization, services, and databases) with target state, transition states and baseline architectures by creating implementation roadmap with interdependencies and execution sequences. Provide oversight, hands on design and implementation support during execution time for multiple concurrent initiatives and perform architecture transformation and change management activities on servers, storage, middleware, runtime, OS, application platforms, cloud, virtualization, services, and databases capabilities. Designs and implements device architecture and advancing infrastructure capabilities such as small cell, DAS, IoT, Context Aware, beacon, cloud, sensor network, NFC, RFID, and Bluetooth. Creating solutions with considerations around gaps and risks, including the effective engagement of critical stakeholders, evaluating options (features, benefits, functionality, factored on return on investment (ROI), total cost of ownership (TCO), risk, time to market, and the broader Agency enterprise alignment context, and subsequently presenting, educating, and guiding the business units in making better investment decisions. Conceptualize technology implementations in terms of business outcomes to stakeholders. Expert in designing implementation solutions to deliver expected business outcomes applying cloud (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS) capabilities. . Provide daily supervision and direction to staff. Possess 8 to 10 years of experience in a related field.
Instructional Systems Designer IDesigns and develops instructional material for customer training courses that support company technical products. Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills. Can independently develop entry and advanced level courses for both internal and external audiences. Able to utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools. Acts as liaison between R & D and I.D. in determining needs of the course and appropriate method of delivery. Possess a minimum of 0 to 2 years of demonstrated professional experience.
Instructional Systems Designer IIPerforms end to end design and maintenance of learning programs required to support the agency. Performs organizational needs analyses and works closely with key stakeholders including operations, legal and compliance to ensure all modules are current and in line with agency needs. Collaborates with Training resources to ensure the appropriate programs, courses, and measurements are in place. Translates analyses into workable, engaging, and interactive learning modules for classroom, web, and computer based delivery. Possess 4 to 6 years of experience in a related field.
Knowledge Management SpecialistAssist in the design, development, and implementation of Knowledge Management (KM) strategies. Apply expertise in KM tools and deploy information management and content management strategies and experience. Comprehend and recognize key barriers to KM behavioral change and develop effective change management programs. Analyze business processes, interview stakeholders, and evaluate strategic and IT plans to develop KM programs. Develop KM governance structures and processes for implementing KM programs and systems and provide consulting thought leadership on current best practices in KM, portal design, and intellectual capital and content management.
Operations ManagerManage computer operations. Ensure production schedules are met. Ensures computer system resources are used effectively. Coordinate the resolution of production-related problems. Ensure proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services. Provide users with computer output. Supervise staff operations.
Operations Research AnalystAnalyze information obtained from management in order to conceptualize and define operational problems. Collaborate with senior managers and decision-makers to identify and solve a variety of problems, and to clarify management objectives. Define data requirements; then gather and validate information, applying judgment and statistical tests. Design, conduct, and evaluate experimental operational models in cases where models cannot be developed from existing data.
Principal Information EngineerProvide expert analysis of complex information technology related problems and, when applicable, the application of modern data collection, storage, manipulation and reporting techniques to solving those problems. Prepare technical reports identifying results of technical studies and makes recommendations on appropriate actions to take.
Principal Systems ArchitectEstablish system information requirements using analysis of the information engineer(s) in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems. Design architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces. Ensure these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures, the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) and ISO reference models, and profiles of standards - such as Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Open Systems Environment (OSE) reference model - as they apply to the implementation and specification of information management solution of the application platform, across the Application Program Interface (API), and the external environment/software application. Ensure that the common operating environment is compliant with the Agency enterprise architecture and applicable reference models. Evaluate analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization, and planning and develop appropriate corrective action. Provide daily supervision and direction to staff.
Program Administration SpecialistAssist in the preparation of management plans and reports. Coordinate schedules to facilitate completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order review, briefings/presentations, and in-process review preparation. Perform analysis, development, and review of program administrative operating procedures.
