About this file
This document is an addendum to the FAMLI Full-Service Communications and Marketing Services contract opportunity in Maryland. The addendum provides responses to additional questions submitted by vendors, including clarification that the web design support scope excludes the full website build-out, and that a single subcontractor certified as both an MBE and VSBE can contribute to both goals. The overall contract opportunity seeks a vendor to provide strong brand identity, awareness, and marketing strategies for the new FAMLI program, which will undergo significant growth as the system is implemented, with the highest needs prior to the initial compliance deadline in July 2025 and benefits launch in July 2026.
The contract will require the vendor to develop messaging and creative that can evolve to accommodate changes to the program design and processes as the system is being created. Pricing terms, funding sources, and other commercial details are not provided in this addendum. The contract opportunity is being issued by the state of Maryland.
