About this file

This addendum, issued by the Department of the Air Force 102d Intelligence Wing (ACC) Massachusetts Air National Guard at Otis Air National Guard Base on July 6, 2026, modifies the bidding procedures for project SPBN262003 to install a COIN server and HVAC direct digital controls. The base bid includes installation of a government-furnished server in Building 168 and Niagara software configuration. Five alternates are offered: Alternate 1 covers Building 104 with head-end and complete Niagara panel installation; Alternate 2 covers Building 169; Alternate 3 covers Building 162; Alternate 4 covers Building 168; and Alternate 5 covers Building 165. Each alternate requires provision of panels, controls, programming, and all necessary components to create a complete and readable HVAC monitoring and control system for the DDC technician in Building 158. The cost of each alternate is added to the base bid cost. Questions regarding this addendum should be directed to Major Vincent J. Tripodi at vincent.tripodi.1@us.af.mil.

The addendum clarifies the contractual structure by establishing the base bid as the "Proposed Contract Price" for the government-furnished server installation and Niagara software in Building 168, with five optional alternates available for additional buildings. This modification to the original solicitation (ITB SPBN262003) allows bidders to propose costs for the base scope of work with flexibility to include pricing for expanded HVAC control system coverage across multiple buildings based on the government's stated needs and budget allocation of approximately $72,000 for the full project scope.
