About this file
This document is an Addendum to a State of Florida, Department of Environmental Protection solicitation for Plugging and Abandonment Services for Oil and Gas Wells. The addendum contains revisions to a previously issued Rate Schedule Form D for the Panhandle and Peninsula Regions. Respondents must submit a completed and signed copy of the revised Form D for each region they wish to provide pricing, as the bid will be deemed non-responsive and rejected if a rate is not provided for each line item. The contract term and renewal options are not specified.
The revised Rate Schedule Form D provides detailed line items and ceiling rates for well location, pre-abandonment, well abandonment, and post-abandonment activities, including mobilization, demobilization, rig services, cementing, site cleanup, and environmental assessment work. Respondents may add additional undefined cost elements if needed. Pricing will be evaluated based on the Respondent's Grand Total, excluding any additional items added in the well abandonment activities section.
