About this file

This is Addendum No. 3 to ITB-25-PW-001, issued by the City of Umatilla, Florida on February 5, 2025, for the Lake Ferns Road Industrial Park infrastructure improvement project. The addendum addresses three bidder questions and clarifies project requirements. Key changes include revising the Schedule of Values (SOV) to reflect corrugated plastic pipe (CPP) instead of concrete composite pipe (CCP), consistent with updated project plans. The City confirmed there are no minority or American-made requirements for this project. Regarding vegetation stripping from the Industrial Park site, the City clarified that contractors must include costs for hauling and disposing of stripping materials in their bids, with a corresponding line item added to the SOV. All prospective bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum by signing and submitting it with their sealed bids, which were due February 13, 2025.

The addendum does not contain pricing information, set-asides, or funding details. All bidders must acknowledge and return the addendum as part of their bid submission process to ensure compliance with the project's revised specifications and requirements.
