The document captures questions and answers from a bidders' conference held on Monday, July 8, 2019, at DEP Headquarters in Kanawha City. Key project details include the removal of a carport and vehicles from the site, with the exception of a yellow bus that will remain. Bidders are permitted to stockpile excavated materials either on-site or on alternative property provided by the property owner, indicating flexibility in project logistics and material management.

The addendum addresses procedural clarifications regarding support resources and project execution, specifically identifying the WV OASIS Help Desk as the appropriate resource for procurement-related inquiries. No specific pricing terms, contract duration, funding sources, or award information is provided in this addendum excerpt.
