About this file
This document is an Addendum 2 issued by Brevard County Purchasing Services for the Septic to Sewer Zones O & P project, identified by Bid #B-7-25-57. The addendum is dated July 11, 2025, and addresses a specific question regarding road closure for the project. The bid opening date remains scheduled for Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM, with no changes to the original bid package terms and conditions.
The addendum provides clarification that the project plans and Brevard County Right-of-Way (ROW) Permit allow for a full road closure of Riverside Drive during proposed improvements. The selected contractor will be required to submit a Maintenance of Traffic Plan to Brevard County Public Works for review and acceptance prior to construction. Additionally, if State Road A1A is to be used as a detour route, the contractor must coordinate with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for detour route, temporary signage, and portable changeable message signs (PCMS) within the S.R. A1A right-of-way.

The Temporary Traffic Control Details and Road Closure Exhibit are intended for informational purposes only. Selected Contractor will be required to submit a Maintenance of Traffic Plan to Brevard County Public Works for review and acceptance prior to commencing construction activities. If S.R.
