This document is an Addendum No. 2 for Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 2026-1894 issued by the City of East Point Contracts and Procurement Department in Georgia for Winburn Dr Water Main Replacement Services. The addendum modifies the original bidding documents and requires potential bidders to carefully review and follow all instructions, including returning the addendum with their bid submittal.
