About this file
This is Addendum 1 to solicitation ARFQ WEH25*14, issued to modify and clarify the original request for quotes. The primary purpose of this addendum is to replace the original Terms and Conditions document, which was missing a page in the initial solicitation package. The addendum reiterates that all provisions of the original solicitation and any other addenda not specifically modified by this addendum remain in full force and effect. Vendors are required to acknowledge receipt of all addenda issued for this solicitation by completing and submitting an Addendum Acknowledgment Form with their bid proposal. Failure to acknowledge receipt of addenda may result in bid disqualification.
The Addendum Acknowledgment Form provided requires vendors to check boxes indicating which addenda (numbered 1 through 10) have been received and to obtain authorized company signature and date. The form emphasizes that vendors must confirm receipt of all addenda to avoid bid rejection and clarifies that only written information officially added to the specifications through addenda is binding. Verbal representations made during discussions with state personnel are explicitly stated as non-binding.
