About this file

This is Addendum 1 to Request for Quotation 260009B001 issued by the Oregon Military Department's Camp Rilea Armed Forces Training Center in Warrenton, Oregon. The addendum provides clarification regarding the resinous flooring system specification for the enlisted barracks flooring replacement project in Buildings 7023 and 7024. The original RFQ solicits installation of a seamless, cementitious urethane resin flooring system with integral cove base in restroom and shower facilities, with the base scope covering approximately 1,056 square feet in Building 7023 and an additive alternate for identical work in Building 7024. A voluntary site visit was scheduled for April 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM PT, and quotation submissions were due by April 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM PT. Project start is ten calendar days after Notice to Proceed, with substantial completion required within 120 calendar days and final completion within 150 calendar days.

The addendum clarifies that the flooring system specification is performance-based and not limited to any single manufacturer or proprietary product, with acceptable systems including those from manufacturers such as Dur-A-Flex, Dex-O-Tex, Stonhard, Sherwin-Williams Resin Flooring, Sika, and Mapei. Offerors are responsible for proposing systems meeting the RFQ performance requirements for medium neutral gray, slip-resistant flooring suitable for wet environments. Contractor pricing must include all labor, materials, equipment, overhead, and profit in lump sum amounts for the base and additive alternate, along with unit pricing for additional buildings, crack or joint repair, cove base installation, and mobilization. Quotes must remain firm and binding for a minimum of 60 calendar days after the closing date. All prospective offerors must acknowledge this addendum and submit it with their quotation response.
