About this file

This document is an Addendum (Number 8) to a Request for Proposal (RFP No. 25-05) issued by the Los Angeles Community College District Contracts Office for Program Management Services. The addendum extends the proposal due deadline to Friday, April 11, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, providing potential bidders with additional time to prepare and submit their proposals. The document emphasizes that proposers must acknowledge receipt and incorporation of all addenda in their response, and failure to do so may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.

The addendum includes a critical warning about unauthorized communications, prohibiting proposers from contacting or communicating with any trustees, officers, employees, representatives of the District, or consultants involved in the RFP process prior to award. Any unauthorized communication may result in disqualification. The document maintains the professional and structured approach typical of public sector procurement processes, with clear guidelines to ensure a fair and transparent bidding environment.
