About this file
Attachment 3 is a comprehensive training list of automation tools for the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) that provides detailed information about software and hardware tools requiring instructor training and support. The document lists 26 different tools categorized into three primary training subject areas: Internal Automated Information Systems (AIS), Microsoft products, and Other tools, including collaboration and miscellaneous software used across the agency.
Key tools include internal patent examination systems like PE2E-DAV, PE2E eDRS, and CPC Scheme Navigator, Microsoft Office suite applications, collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and WebEx, and other utility software such as Adobe Acrobat, RightFax, and Remote Desktop Connection. The list is explicitly noted as non-exhaustive, indicating potential flexibility for training requirements as agency needs evolve. The document is part of a draft solicitation (ACQ-25-0170-PSN) for Training and Instructional Support Services, suggesting that potential contractors must demonstrate capability to provide comprehensive training across a wide range of technological platforms used by USPTO staff.
