The document is part of ACHD's three-year procurement cycle for establishing an On-Call Consultant Services List, with the upcoming cycle running from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2027. The roadway design category specifically targets small community enhancement projects and small urban roadway projects with total project values under $300,000, allowing for focused, localized infrastructure improvements that integrate comprehensive design considerations.
