About this file

This document is an office relocation inventory and asset disposition list detailing items from two current federal office locations (250 E St SW and 355 E St SW) that will either relocate to a new office or be turned in.

Items designated for relocation include office furniture and equipment such as 16 cubicles with chairs and computer monitors, four touch-down desks, small and medium conference room furniture, storage cabinets (excluding middle individual lockers), refrigerator, microwave, shredder, printers, televisions, and the Executive Officer desk. Specific wall displays and decorative items slated for relocation include leadership photographs, four wall hangings, four history panels, an AbilityOne sign, and a wall display featuring architectural images. Additionally, 16 legal document boxes and four boxes of documents will relocate. Items designated to be turned in include large conference room furniture and table, medium conference room furniture, individual locker units, history panels not designated for relocation, small kitchen table and two chairs, three wall-mounted history panels, certain leadership photographs, various framed pictures, boxes of large legal paper and colored paper (turquoise boxes), 10 boxes of binders, and server racks that require disassembly. The document also notes the presence of existing wall-mounted electrical outlets and wiring infrastructure at the 250 E St SW location that previously supported workstation connectivity.
