About this file

This document is a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that outlines the key performance indicators (KPIs) and associated service level standards for the Title IV Financial Aid Origination and Disbursement (TIVOD) system and related customer services. The SLA covers a variety of metrics such as web site availability, batch processing, defect resolution, call center performance, customer satisfaction, data management, and disaster recovery. It specifies the required performance levels, measurement frequencies, and any exceptions or exclusions. This SLA is likely to be part of a larger contract opportunity issued by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Federal Student Aid, as described in the attached federal contract opportunity details. The solicitation is for a two-phase process to transition the TIVOD system and customer services, with Phase I focused on evaluating offerors based on go/no-go criteria and rough order of magnitude pricing.
