About this file

This is a Scope of Work and Deliverables document for the Business Enterprises of Nevada (BEN) Case Management System project issued by the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR). The project requires the development, configuration, and deployment of a SaaS cloud-based case management system with comprehensive implementation services. Key deliverables include establishing project management protocols, conducting requirements discovery and validation, developing and configuring the system according to validated requirements, executing data conversion and migration activities, providing user and system administration training, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) at two levels, executing go-live cutover activities, and establishing post-implementation support and warranty periods. The contractor must develop a detailed Implementation Strategy, Project Master Schedule, Staffing Plan, Test Plan, Communication Plan, and Training Plan, and maintain a requirements traceability matrix throughout the project duration.

The scope of work includes a three-month immediate post-implementation support period and a minimum one-year warranty period during which all identified defects and problems must be resolved promptly. Following the warranty period, the contractor must establish long-term support and maintenance procedures, including system performance monitoring, implementation of updates and patches, and continuous training and support for users and administrators. The document indicates that DETR is open to contractors proposing appropriate project delivery methodologies, such as agile approaches, and emphasizes the importance of organizational change management, Nevada-specific modifications to training materials, and thorough knowledge transfer to enable DETR business operations to sustain the solution independently. Specific pricing terms, contract award dates, response deadlines, and funding source information are not detailed in this scope of work document.
