The school serves approximately 369 students with projected daily participation of 51 free lunches, 15 reduced-price lunches, 108 paid lunches, and adult meals. The projected total revenue for the contract year is $149,924.66, consisting of $55,921.10 in local revenue from meal sales, $71,311.56 in federal reimbursements, and $22,692.00 in state reimbursements. The FSMC is projected to serve 34,057 total meal equivalents, including 30,256 reimbursable lunches and breakfast meal equivalents. The cost responsibility structure assigns food purchases, labor (salaries, wages, payroll taxes, workers' compensation, unemployment compensation, and retirement), and fringe benefits to the FSMC, while the SFA retains responsibility for utilities, indirect labor, and certain operational costs outlined in Attachment 2. The contract includes provisions for CACFP and SFSP programs, equipment proposals subject to preapproval for items costing $5,000 or greater, and detailed administrative fee methodology documentation.
