About this file

This document is Form B, Pricing for Paternity Testing Services issued by the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) Child Support Division (CSD), detailing a contract opportunity for comprehensive paternity testing services. The contract has an initial term from award date through 8/31/2029, with two potential renewal options extending through 8/31/2031. The services encompass three primary categories: post-implementation programming services (hourly rate), sample collection (standard, non-standard, and emergency), and results reporting for alleged fathers, mothers, and children tested simultaneously.

The pricing form requires contractors to provide hourly and per-service rates across three contract periods, with mandatory pricing for all line items even if the price is zero. The OAG reserves the right to discontinue use of any line item at any time. The document includes tables for pricing programming services, labor rates for sample collection, and results reporting, with columns for the initial term and two potential renewal periods. Contractors are also invited to outline any pricing assumptions in a separate table, allowing for additional context or clarification of pricing conditions.
