The document outlines submission requirements for firms seeking pre-qualification across multiple service disciplines including Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Architectural, Geological, and Environmental Engineering; Construction Engineering & Inspection; and Planning & Development Services. Respondents may apply for one or more of seven available scopes of work: Design Engineering Services, Construction Engineering & Inspection Services, Electrical Design Engineering Services, Architectural & Engineering On-Call Services, Transportation Planning and Engineering Design Services, Landscape Design Services, and Planning & Development Services. Respondents must also present a technical approach describing procedures for service delivery and evaluation.
