About this file

This is a presentation evaluation attachment for a Request for Proposals (RFP #27TH05P5) issued by Jordan School District (JSD) in Utah for Nonprofit CRM Software to support Jordan Education Foundation. The RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive customer relationship management software tailored to nonprofit operations. Offerors whose technical proposals score a minimum of 2,625 points (75%) in Stage 2 evaluation will advance to the presentation phase, with virtual meetings tentatively scheduled between September 28 and October 9, 2026. The presentations are intended to demonstrate the compatibility, integrations, and functionality of proposed solutions to the evaluation committee.

The presentation evaluation is structured across three primary categories totaling 800 possible points: Functional Requirements (660 points), Reporting Requirements (130 points), and Implementation, Training, Security & Technical Support (10 points). Functional requirements encompass eight major areas including constituent management, fundraising, gift processing, grant management, volunteer management, event management, communications, and general functionality with integrations. Key evaluation focuses include the software's ability to maintain single constituent records, handle multiple fundraising types (annual campaigns, capital campaigns, major gifts, planned giving, matching gifts, peer-to-peer, recurring gifts, and online donations), process gifts with tax receipts and acknowledgements, manage grants and volunteer operations, facilitate events with registration and ticketing, support email marketing and communications, and integrate with platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Stripe, and MailChimp. Reporting capabilities must include standard and custom report builders, dashboards, fundraising analytics, and specific functionality to differentiate revenue types, assign fiscal year filters, and generate constituent-specific reports. The vendor must also demonstrate capacity to migrate historical data and contracts from the incumbent system, NonProfitEasy, to the new platform.
