About this file
This is a Non-Collusion Statement form for Solicitation No. 26003305, related to a Texas state and local contract opportunity for Cars and Trucks. The statement serves as a certification that bidders must complete and submit with their proposals, confirming compliance with competitive bidding practices and regulations.
The Non-Collusion Statement requires authorized company representatives to certify four key commitments: (1) that bid pricing has been developed independently without consultation or agreement with other bidders or potential bidders; (2) that bid prices have not been disclosed to competitors prior to bid opening and will remain confidential until that time; (3) that no attempts have been made to encourage other bidders to refrain from bidding, submit higher bids, or submit noncompetitive bids; and (4) that the bid is submitted in good faith without any agreements or understandings with other parties regarding complementary or noncompetitive bidding. The form requires signature, printed name, title, company name, and date from an authorized representative. This certification is a standard requirement to ensure fair and open competition in the procurement process.
