About this file
This amendment to a solicitation provides updated guidance for a Department of Energy nationwide contract for deactivation, decommissioning and removal services. Offerors must describe their approach to subcontract at least 45% of the value of the initial task order, as well as meet or exceed a 45% small business subcontracting goal for the full contract, including meaningful work scope for small businesses. The solicitation seeks to establish an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract vehicle to enable DOE's Office of Environmental Management to obtain DD&R services nationwide.
