About this file

This document is an Export Control Request Form template for obtaining access to export-controlled scientific and technical information for NASA's Commercial Low-Earth Orbit Development Program (CLDP). The form requires companies to provide detailed company information, including full company name, address, business type, CAGE code, and contact details for a security or HR representative. Companies must certify that neither the company nor its employees distributing non-public technical data are foreign persons or listed on designated countries lists. Foreign nationals from designated or non-designated countries have specific requirements for obtaining access to export-controlled information, including potentially needing an Individual Technology Transfer Control Plan (I-TTCP) and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The form emphasizes that companies are responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. export regulations.
