CLDC Tech Library Contents(Thru 120525).xlsx

The file is an Excel spreadsheet containing the Technical Library for NASA's Commercial Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) Destination Contract (CLDC), which provides a comprehensive index of technical documents related to commercial space development. The library includes multiple data drops of controlled and uncontrolled technical standards, plans, and requirements across various space technology domains, such as human systems integration, crew health operations, payload interfaces, communications standards, medical standards, safety processes, and docking system specifications.

NASA has placed the CLDC acquisition on hold and will instead support U.S. industry's commercial LEO destination design and demonstration through funded Space Act Agreements. The technical library will remain accessible for reference, containing documents like the Commercial LEO Development Program standards (CLDP-STD series), human spaceflight specifications, and interface standards. Potential offerors must monitor the SAM.gov website for updates, and access to export-controlled content requires submission of a specific request form and maintaining a SAM.gov login.
