CLDC Tech Library Contents (Thru 011326).xlsx

The document is an Excel spreadsheet index for the Commercial Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) Destination Contract (CLDC) Technical Library, containing a comprehensive collection of NASA technical standards and documentation across multiple data drops. The technical library includes export-controlled and uncontrolled documents covering various technical domains such as payload interface standards, human systems integration, crew health operations, technical standards, communication interfaces, medical standards, safety processes, and conjunction assessment for commercial low-earth orbit destinations.

NASA/Johnson Space Center has placed the CLDC acquisition on hold, opting instead to support U.S. industry's commercial LEO destination design and demonstration through funded Space Act Agreements (SAA). The technical library remains accessible for reference, providing industry with current NASA technical standards that may be relevant for potential future FAR-based acquisitions. The library is updated periodically through sequential "Data Drops," with the most recent being Data Drop 5 on 011326, and contains documents ranging from baseline to draft revisions across technical, safety, medical, and operational domains.
