120525 Data Drop 4 Uncontrolled Data.zip

The file is a NASA Technical Library Data Drop 4 Uncontrolled Data zip file related to the Commercial Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Destination Contract (CLDC). NASA has placed the CLDC acquisition on hold, transitioning from a planned firm-fixed price contract to supporting U.S. industry's design and demonstration of Commercial LEO Destinations through funded Space Act Agreements (SAA). The Technical Library will remain accessible for reference, providing technical documents to keep industry informed about current NASA technical standards potentially relevant for a future Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)-based acquisition.

The file includes multiple modifications documenting various data drops, with the most recent (Modification 5) uploaded on 12/05/25, which added Uncontrolled Data Drop 4 and re-released Controlled Data Drop 4. Access to export-controlled content requires submission of a CLDP Export Control Request Form and a www.sam.gov login. Foreign nationals may need additional documentation, including Individual Technology Transfer Control Plans (I-TTCP) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), depending on their country of origin. NASA emphasizes that this library is not associated with or required for compliance with any current acquisition or SAA effort.
