CLDC Tech Library Contents.xlsx

The file is an Excel spreadsheet (CLDC Tech Library Contents.xlsx) containing technical documentation for NASA's Commercial Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) Destination Contract (CLDC) Technical Library. The spreadsheet lists multiple technical standards and plans related to commercial space development, including documents such as the Common Docking System Standard, Payload Interface Standard, Human Systems Integration Plan, Crew Health Operations Concept Plan, and Operations Standard.

The associated federal contract opportunity reveals that NASA has placed the CLDC acquisition on hold, opting instead to support U.S. industry's design and demonstration of Commercial LEO Destinations through funded Space Act Agreements (SAA). The technical library will remain accessible for reference, with documents organized in .zip files and categorized as either export-controlled or uncontrolled. Potential offerors must use SAM.gov to access the documents, and foreign nationals may require additional certification or non-disclosure agreements to view export-controlled content. The library is intended to provide technical standards that may be relevant for a potential future FAR-based acquisition.
