092925 Data Drop 3 Uncontrolled Data.zip

The file is a Uncontrolled Data .zip file related to NASA's Commercial Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) Destination Contract (CLDC) Technical Library. NASA has placed the CLDC acquisition on hold, opting to support U.S. industry's design and demonstration of Commercial LEO Destinations (CLDs) through funded Space Act Agreements (SAA) instead of proceeding with a firm-fixed price contract. The Technical Library remains accessible for reference, providing technical documents to keep industry informed about current NASA technical standards potentially relevant for a future FAR-based acquisition.

This is the third data drop (092925 Data Drop 3 Uncontrolled Data) to the CLDC Technical Library, which will be updated periodically. The modification includes uploading uncontrolled data and updating the "CLDC Tech Library Contents.xlsx" index file. Access to export-controlled content requires submission of a CLDP Export Control Request Form and a login to sam.gov. Foreign nationals may need additional certifications or technology transfer control plans depending on their country of origin. NASA emphasizes that this library is not associated with or required for compliance with any current acquisition or SAA effort.
