About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for the Mission Technical Integration Contract (MTIC), which is the follow-on acquisition for the Human Space Flight Technical Integration Contract (HSFTIC). The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Johnson Space Center is seeking capability statements from all interested parties, including small businesses and historically underserved communities, to determine the appropriate level of competition and small business subcontracting goals for the MTIC contract.
The RFI provides details on the MTIC scope of work, which includes program management, business management, configuration management, IT, systems engineering, mission integration, operations, safety, and research and communication support services. NASA is also requesting information on potential organizational conflicts of interest (OCI) and strategies to mitigate any identified OCI issues. Responses to the RFI are due by June 17, 2024, and NASA will not pay for the information provided. The current HSFTIC contract, held by Barrios Technology, Ltd., is valued at approximately $337 million and expires on September 30, 2025.
