About this file

This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) issued by NASA Ames Research Center for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) 80ARC026Q00040001, effective September 3, 2026. The amendment extends the Request for Quotation (RFQ) submission deadline from August 31, 2026 to Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. PST and adds a revised Statement of Work (Attachment 1_IMTE Calibration Services Statement of Work_09_02_26). The amendment removes FAR clause 52.212-4 and adds NASA provision 1852.219-73 and FAR clauses 52.212-4, 52.219-8, and 52.219-9.

The BPA solicits Inspection, Measuring, and Testing Equipment (IM&TE) calibration and repair services for NASA Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, California. The contract is a five-year Firm Fixed Price agreement with on-site performance, governed by FAR Part 12 for commercial services. Offerors must provide technical capabilities (no more than 5 pages), up to three past performance references within the past three years, fully burdened hourly rates for both repair and metrology services, and proof of ANSI/ISO/IEC 17025:2000 accreditation. The evaluation criteria prioritize technical capability and proof of accreditation, followed by past performance, with pricing as the least important factor. The BPA incorporates Service Contract Labor Standards wage requirements. The NAICS code is 811210 with a $34 million size standard. Delivery to NASA ARC is required within 30 days of order receipt with FOB Destination terms. All offerors must include representations and certifications per FAR 52.212-4(u) or complete electronic certifications via SAM.gov. Technical and contractual questions must be submitted by September 4, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. PST to the Contracting Officer, Jeanne S. Chun, at jeanne.s.chun@nasa.gov.
