Salt Lake County reserves the right to benefit immediately from any market price decreases or allowable discounts. The contract will be non-exclusive, allowing the County to purchase covered products or services from other sources at its discretion. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder meeting required specifications based on the Grand Total from the Pricing Schedule. Bidders must carry workers' compensation and employer's liability insurance, commercial general liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and commercial automobile liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence, with the County named as an additional insured. All insurance policies must be issued by companies licensed in Utah and rated A- or better by A.M. Best Company. Questions must be submitted through the Utah Public Procurement Place (UPPP) system powered by Bonfire prior to the specified deadline, and no disputes regarding specification ambiguities will be accepted after bid opening.
