Summary of PWO132490 Street Light Fixtures Specifications

This specification document outlines the requirements for Salt Lake County Public Works' Request for Bid on streetlight fixture supply and services. The County seeks qualified suppliers to provide streetlight fixtures throughout its jurisdiction, with particular emphasis on comprehensive service capabilities. Key service requirements include knockdown services with a 48-hour response time for identifying damaged streetlights, product repair capabilities for minor damage to poles, arms, and fixture components, and photometric study responses within 48 hours of request. Bidders must detail whether repairs can be performed locally or require shipment to manufacturers. The specifications do not identify specific item quantities, response dates, due dates, or contract terms in this document.

Successful bidders must maintain minimum inventory stocks of five sets each of Salt Lake County standard anchor bolts (3/4" x 18" and 1" x 36"), breakaway couplings in three sizes (3/4", 1", and 5/8"), and long-life LED photocells to ensure timely order fulfillment. Additionally, suppliers must implement township and county logos on decorative bases at no additional cost and provide logo modifications without charge. The specifications note that brand names referenced indicate desired performance capability levels, and bidders may submit minor variations that meet the intended use while noting any exceptions and justifications. Pricing terms, funding sources, and other financial details are not specified in this document.
